I would only like to recommend the following reading what should i be charging for webdesign. I think it is time that a crusade is started (against who?). This, to protect all creativity that apparently to the meaning of too many have to come too often for just a little or even for free. It is time to get some understanding in this world, that something good can’t come for free.
The reason for this post is an email I got from a site called Myhammer in Germany (find the URL yourself, no help from here). Read why I think IT creativity and effort is not taken serious anymore.

Today is the first day after we said goodbye to a “mega” customer. They built an army for themselves now and said that from now on they could do without us. It is like today is the first day of a new dawn. Yesterday evening I saw a movie “The boys from Silicon Valley” about the start of the carriers of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates. It was exactly what I needed, a new spirit.
If you believe in what you vision and what you vision is what you are curious about, then leave all existing business laws for what they are and do it as you feel it. If the spirit is burning in you, then you have to keep it alive.

During my work I should have much contact with my business relations. “Should” as in: why is it so hard to catch people on the moment you need them. We live in a time where:
- everyone needs a mobile phone, for everyone needs to be reachable at any moment.
- everyone is a manager, and therefore important
- while everyone is a manager, everyone is constantly in meetings

I love blogging. Just to write some things of your back can be very relieving. But how dangerous can this be? All those social networking is not so social as you might aspect. It is a fact that for example in the Netherlands the tax authorities are checking internet if (low-paying-assumed-rich) people really are what they say they are. There are people who were telling on Hyves (www.hyves.nl) how much they long for that holiday in the sun. Bingo! The tax man would like to know where the money for this came from.

How is it with your anger? Well with mine it is not always in the greatest harmony with the advises of the Dalaï Lama. I can get very angry, mostly very quickly. Does it help? Not at all. Does it relief? Neither does it do that. So what’s the reason of getting angry? Most because things don’t go as they suppose to go. Or rather, simple stupid things are just not done as easy as it could.
